Kevin & Anya: I'm pretty sure that you are very much in love. I offer the following observations for those who may not know how they have been spending much of their time together at 1322 Quincy Shore Drive. Here is my evidence:
- Removed very smelly carpeting in 8 rooms including padding and about 1000 staples per room.
- Removed about a 1/2 acre of wallpaper, covering installed about 50 years ago, right after the carpet.
- Removed all loose plaster and skimmed the walls.
- Purchased 15 gallons of paint and evidently agreed on the colors.
- Sanded and sealed all wood floors, let floor guys drink beer.
- Hung 54" flat screen over the fire place.
- Found time to run along the beach a few times (4 miles)
After all of this drudgery and adversity, the relationship is now even stronger. (btw the labor's union would be well served if Anya were to join the brotherhood)

You're both very lucky to have found each other, what were the chances? (Hingham and Riverside) It's going to be a beautiful and unforgettable wedding, can't wait. I love you guys.
